With China's reform and open in last twenty years, private economy has made tremendous progress and many of private enterprise have grown up to international enterprise. But, under the new situation that "the domestic competition internationalization, the international competition melts at home", the enterprise need standardized and specialized management, "private enterprise-family enterprise-performance manager enterprise"mean that the performance manager's growth is in-phase with the enterprise's growth. With the development of the private enterprise performance manager that is the rare resource will be more and more important to the enterprise.The resource of management is the main restriction force of enterprise's growth. Chu Xiaoping also point out that private enterprise are very lack of skillful manager and this important resource of management have become the great bottleneck of the enterprise's growth in our country. Therefore, it is the first thing for executives in the new economy era to manage knowledge workers, understand their requirements and motivate them effectively.Private economy in Zhejiang province devoleped most fastly in our country, so the issue of the private enterprise in Zhejiang has typical and premonitory sense. This thesis focuses on the motivational factors of performance managers in private enterprise of Zhejiang province. Firstly, we analyze the most important motivational factors that performance managers care by literature reading, questionnaires and interviews. Then we classify the individual motivational factors by statistical analysis. Secondly, the paper coped with motivate factors from different aspects so as to draw a conclusion about characters on motivate factors, which was focused on performance managers. With these conclusions, we can construct a motivational factor model of performance managers in private enterprise.
