The studied title is come from National Natural Science Foundation Project (grant number:70471045) : Supply chain coordination and quantity discount research based on stochastic demand and asymmetric information. With the incessant advancement of science and technology, the companies' competition is gradually transforming to the competition among supply chains, especially the contest on efficiency and coordination strategy of chain. There are two types of research on coordination: some focusing on marketing management only discuss the pricing decision rather than the production or operation policy;others emphasizing on production and operation management are about operational coordination with the assumption of constant demand. Due to its poor coordination of order period of retailers, however, the cost of supplier can not be reduced in the greatest degree. Therefore, the common replenishment epoch and its effect on pricing and ordering policy in the perspective of operation as well as marketing management have become hot spot of research, which is very significant.Under Stckelberg game frame, the pricing and ordering model with different demand assumptions (deterministic or stochastic), with different competition environment (single-single SC, single-multi SC, without competition, under competition) is developed in this dissertation on the basis of CRE coordination strategy. Thesis analyzes the effect of CRE coordination policy on the demand, wholesale price, retail price, order quantity, replenishment period, and the advancement of profit of supply chain systematically. The details are given as bellow:1. With price-sensititve demand, the pricing and ordering model on the basis of CRE policy in single-supplier-single-retailer supply chain is presented. The optimal solution of price, replenishment period is provided before and after CRE. Then it extends to the model in the supply chain with multiple independent retailers, and the CRE, which permit part of retailers not accept coordination mechanism, is put forward. The relationship and decision rules of factors including retailer price, market demand as well as replenishment period is given.2. By extension of the results in supply chain with independent retailers, the pricing and ordering model considering competition on the basis of CRE is studied with the assumption of constant total demand and not constand demand. It not only analyze the retailer price and reorder policy considering competition, but also discuss the effects of CRE on competition situation.3. Under stochastic demand, this thesis considers pricing and ordering model in single-supplier-multi-retailers supply chain. In the perspective of operation, the formula for ordering policy and profit are obtained. With the algrithm developed in thesis, the numerical experiment shows the two-win effect and contribution to the whole supply chain provided by CRE.4. A contract with split of tranporation fee is introduced so as to develop better coordination strategy by extension of ordering and pricing model with CRE. Base on which, a optimal and complicate policy containing CRE is designed. Moreover, the algrithm for optimal solution of price, replenishment period is developed. To sum up, this paper makes a systematic research on the pricing and ordering policy on the basis of CRE coordination mechanism, and gets the pricing rule and some usefull ordering results, which well proves the advancement of the profits, as well as efficiency of the supply chain. In addition to this, the study on the use of combination of coordination polices could offer reference in future research and get some perfect results.
