| Coordination of the supply chain inventory management is a very important issue. In the long run, companies must focus on supply-chain cooperation and coordination to develop themselves. In the course of competition and development, enterprises consider time as the key factor to defeat their enemies. Now, in our country, members of supply chain have weak awareness of collaboration and coordination. In the time-varying demand conditions, the study on inventory coordination mechanism could find some problems in internal and external inventory management and have great significance to reduce inventory costs, achieve supply chain integration.First, in this paper, we analysis the existing problems in current supply chain inventory management on the basis of research results of domestic and foreign scholars on coordination mechanisms, cite the basic theory of supply chain inventory management and supply chain basic principle, sum up the management and control methods in traditional environment and supply chain environment and point out the advantages and weaknesses of these methods. Then, we describe the basic principle of the coordination mechanism of the supply chain inventory management and construct the common replenishment epochs coordination mechanism between suppliers and retailers, which is proved by a number examples. Next step, the paper introduces the time factor including delay factor,metamorphic coefficient to inventory management, building a retailer inventory cost model under time-varying demand conditions and constructing a punishment factor coordination mechanism, which coordinates different sectors interests of retailers. Finally, based on time-varying demand theory, the paper optimizes lacking goods time-points, analysis the effect of delay factor, metamorphic coefficient of retailer and build cost-sharing coordination mechanism between retailer and supplier, to implement the coordination and cooperation of two sides. |
