For almost three decades, people have been witnessing more and more serious influences of carbon dioxide to the environment, and carbon emission reduction becomes a hot topic for the sustainable development of environment. Some governments have begun to implement some policies to control carbon emissions. At present there are three kinds widely used: carbon cap, carbon tax and cap-and-trade. With the rapid development of electronic commerce, a growing number of manufacturers add the direct online channel to the traditional retail channel for the purpose of reduce costs and expand marked. The distribution system is called double channel distribution system in which manufacture is both the supplier of retailers and its direct competitor. As a result the channel conflict has become the focus of industry and academia. Based on the above analysis of the reality, the research of pricing and coordination of dual-channel supply chain under the carbon policies is necessary. This paper research pricing and coordination of dual-channel supply chain under the carbon cap policy and cap-and-trade policy. The structure of this paper is organized as follows:In chapter 1, the main content is to introduce the research background and development of dual-channel supply chain and the carbon policies, and the main results of this paper. In chapter 2, the main content is to research the pricing of a dual-channel supply chain from the perspective of game theory under the carbon cap policy, and obtain the corresponding optimal profits of centralized and decentralized systems. Then we propose price discount contracts to study the coordination of the dual-channel supply chain. A numerical example illustrates the coordination effects and some valuable suggestions are provided. In chapter 3, the main content is to research the pricing of a dual-channel supply chain from the perspective of game theory under the cap-and-trade policy, and obtain the corresponding optimal profits of centralized and decentralized systems. Then we propose price discount contracts to study the coordination of the dual-channel supply chain. A numerical example illustrates the coordination effects and some valuable suggestions are provided. In chapter 4, the main content is to summary the research contents of this paper and to describe the extended directions of the future research.
