The Research On The Ecological Environmental Problems In The New Countryside Construction In Anhui Province And Its Solution

In the current construction of the new countryside, infrastructural factors, such as residential area for the country people, road building, water conservancy, etc are the key points of it; raising drove and marine lives etc, and agricultural projects become the impetus that accelerate the development of the economy. However, the implementation of these projects, on one hand, accelerates the economic development, on the other hand brings great pressure on the environment protection. This paper adopted several research forms, such as literature review, social investigation and so on, systematically analyzed the serious situation of the country environment in Anhui province and four environmental problems that existed in the new countryside construction : the pollution that caused by the agricultural activities; the negative ecological influence brought on by the projects; the live pollution caused by the less-development of the country infrastructure ; and the environmental pollution brought on by the country corporations. Based on the systematic analysis, this paper pointed out that the unfair environmental treatment under the dual social structure, the lacking of the environmental awareness among farmers, the weakness of the modern ecological agriculture and the scientific and technical strength, as well as the lack of the effective environmental supervising and managing are the deep-seated reasons that lead to the country environmental pollution. Presently, the country environmental protection should be considered as an important part of the new countryside construction, and should be based on some principles like treating farmers as the principal part, perfect the containable mechanism, source control, etc. Through the implementation of the ecological environment program, the strengthen of the education for all-around development for farmers, the development of the ecological agriculture, the establishment and the perfect of the environmental protection work mechanism, to promote the new countryside to develop in a healthy and sustainable way.
