Application Research On IT Risk Management With Zachman Framework

With corporate governance and IT governance to be more and more enterprises attention, it became a hot issues considered by many scholars in the field of enterprise management research that How to manage IT risk effectively Within the enterprises. Zachman framework is an important tool with practical value used to summarize and analyze the relevant domain within the enterprise in the field of enterprise architecture. This paper applicated the Zachman framework on IT risk management, and raised IT risk manangement Zachman framework. Base on this, this paper discussed quantitative risk measurementFirst, by analyzing the existing IT risk management research results in the field of IT risk management, This paper summarized the major IT risk incentives and the relationship inside the risks caused by them. And combined with the existing example, this paper gave the popular IT risk management process. Next, this paper applicated the Zachman framework on IT risk management, and raised IT risk manangement Zachman framework. By further analyzing on the strengths and weakness of IT risk management Zachman framework, this paper issued the organization structure of IT risk management which could make up for the weaknesses, and ameliorated the existed management process. Finally by using the common technical risk measurement methods VaR and distribution losses, this paper gave the calculating of expected IT risk losses, and the theory model of IT risk measurement exhibited with VaR.
