| Based on the developmental facets of Auto industry in China, combined with the related researches native and abroad, and using astringency theory, with panel data of Auto industry from 1990 to 2004, the paper analyzes the labor productivity regional difference of Auto industry. Results conclude labor productivity of Auto industry in 28 regions, and some causes of labor productivity. We view:Firstly, for the whole nation range, labor productivity of auto industry is to rise commonly during 1990-2004, but makes concrete to each provinces and cities appears imbalanced. Looking from the local distribution that, the eastern area auto industry labor productivity is higher than the middle area and west area by far, also the rate of rise is quick.Secondly, indicated to the labor productivity restraining examination that, national and three regions' auto industry labor productivity all tend to their own stable state during 1990-2004 year. But national and three regions' labor productivity disparity reduction instead had not expanded disparity expanded.Thirdly, in the influence of labor productivity factor, worker's quality becomes key aspect. |
