Research On The Information Management Modes Of Logistics Enterprises In Changchun City Under Electronic Commerce Environment

Electronic commerce has become more and more important for its benefit to the world. All the countries, especially the developed countries, have paid much attention to it and done a lot to improve it. In Changchun City, informatization is one of the most important strategy for the new century. Logistics, as part of EC, of course, gain much attention in Changchun City. However, EC is still a beginner that staggers ahead without enough help from government and society. In the EC environment, which kind of logistics mode we should adopt to make the logistics information more fluently is still a question. We have still not been sure what kind of regulation to take to enhance enterprise Informatization. That's the necessity of studying the logistics information management.In this paper, the author analyzes the information management of logistics enterprise in Changchun City by 7 chapters based on the theory concerned and the present circumstance.In chapter 1, introduction, illustrate the value and background on the foundation of summarizing the domestic and international related research result, and carry on the total arrangement to the logic frame structure and the new production of the thesis.In chapter 2, theory basis of EC and logistics management, discuss the two concepts,the mode of EC,the mode of logistics and the interact of them.In chapter 3, present situation of EC and logistics management in Changchun City, first explain the hardware and software of EC development in Changchun City, then discuss the turnover,the principal and the mode of EC. On the side of logistics, this chapter interprets the size and management mode to emphasis the advantage of the third-party logistics.In chapter 4, the development situation of logistics in Changchun city, mainly set out the problem of information management in logistics of Changchun city.In chapter 5, the information management mode of logistics under EC environment in Changchun city, bring forward three kind of logistics mode, ie, bargain-based logistics,alliance-based logistics and comprehensive logistics.According to the difference of each mode, the author analyze the information flow,information system and the apply of EC of them to get the problem to be deal with.In chapter 6, the regulation and measure for information management of logistics in Changchun city, make a prescription to deal with the problems mentioned above.In chapter 7,conclusion and prospect,Summarizing the main research theories of the thesis, and studying the existent shortage to the thesis, expliciting the direction of follow-up research.
