With the development of internet technologies, E-Commerce came into being and grew at a geometric rate in recent years, it brought a new business form named B2C to costumer’s lives, such as On line shopping, Home shopping was approbated by customer gradually and is popular-bed rapidly.However, compared with the fasted development of E-commerce, to it relevant logistics delivery in this area is far from perfect. Its backward system of allocation serious restricted the development of electronic business affairs currently, and even brought some negative impacts to the service of E-commerce companiesOn the other hand, many local medium and small-sized freight forwarder enterprises always face with difficulty during their development. Under a enormous existence pressure, how to make use of their own advantages in order to develop, how to further optimize resources allocation and full excavate resources potentialities and raise enterprise competitive power; how to create demand and breakthrough competition and increase a new profit point of growth to expand a LAN HAI business market, become an urgent problem to be solved by the company. First of all, the dissertation, based on the specialities of Electronic Commerce and the thought of modern logistics, made a analysis on E-commerce supply chain, re-arranged its business process, tried to manage the conflict among cash flow, logistics, information flow, in order to perfect E-commerce distribution system and greatly enhance the operational efficiency and service quality.Secondly, according to some research production and the practice of cooperation between the E-commerce company X and Third party logistics company S, the article analyzed both companies how to share and integrate their advantages in resource, information and technology, helped them find a way to gain long-term customer relationship and achieve improved operational efficiency and strengthened competitiveness, together to create a win-win pattern.Last, through the research of this article, the solution to optimize and improve the supply chain management of E-commerce enterprises like Company X will be pointed out. The solution and idea could be used as reference for other local logistics companies as well.
