The automobile industry is the important foundation industry of national economy, which is the important symbol on the development level of society and the state economy. How to start international entrepreneurship, strengthen the control of strategic managements, plan the multinational strategics, conform the insid and outside resources of enterprises, construct the core competitive ability of enterprises, reply to the highly complex internationalization tendency and the intense domestic market competition environment and enhance the international competition ability, become the main topic which the automobiles enterprises face in the 21st century. At present the research on the international entrepreneurship of the automobile enterprisestarts is rare.The expansion of automobile enterprises has driven the development of economic globalization, and at the same time, the deepen of economic globalization and the development of area integration have changed the environment and mode of competition among automobile enterprises, and the simple international expansion strategies can not be suitable for the need of international entrepreneurship of automobile enterprises. Since 1980's, foreign automobile enterprises have been changing their strategies on international entrepreneurship, and there were series of new trends of strategies, such as large scale customize, core returning strategy, global scale strategic annexing, complex integration strategy, mainland strategy, service supplying of manufacture companies, etc.The paper is made of 8 chapters:The first chapter: prolegomenon. The chapter introduces the background and the significance of this article, the article research area and the innovative spot.The research content ,the chapter arrangement and he research technique is presented.The second chapter: the chapter summarizes the evolution process of the enterprise internationalization theory, the strategic management theory and the company entrepreneurship theory. It set up the theory background for for further analyzing the international entrepreneurship strategies of the overseas automobile enterprises.The third chapter: the chapter summarizes the entrepreneurial motive of the overseas automobile enterprises on the basis of history , current situation and prospect. It put up the urgent to embark the international entrepreneurship. It analyzes the relationship of the information industry and the automobile industry on the basis of international background.After anlyzing the characteristics of the international entrepreneurship of the automobile enterprises,it points out that the automobile enterprises need optimize resources disposition to realize the maximization of the product value and the enterprise value.The fourth chapter: The chapter discusses the international entrepreneurship strategies in the angle of microscopic enterprises.
