Research On The Entrepreneurship Status And The Entrepreneurial Character In Hefei

Entrepreneurial activity is significant not only for employment and technological innovation, but also for the productivity improvement and the economic growth. The different parts of entrepreneurial activity have different characteristics under the influence of the local cultural and environment. It is valuable to study on the entrepreneurship status and the entrepreneur character both in theory and practice in Hefei.Firstly, this paper introduced the development of GEM and GEM, the related theoretical models and the research results. Secondly, based on the CEM 2007, the framework of entrepreneurship status and entrepreneur character was constructed, and some aspects, such as the entrepreneurial development of Hefei in China, the entrepreneurial character in Hefei and so on ware analyzed. The paper also analyzed the impact of entrepreneurial personality on entrepreneurial activity, and compared the similarities and differences of entrepreneurial activities. Finally, some advice was given from perspectives of improving the entrepreneurial vitality and the entrepreneurial capacity.This paper studied the entrepreneurial activities in Hefei, reflecting the local characteristics. From the perspectives of entrepreneurship status, the entrepreneurial character and women entrepreneurship, these activities were researched systematically, which is helpful to develop the entrepreneurial activity both for the theoretical research and the practical applications.
