Therefore in practical application they may conform to enterprise's actual development condition.This article utilizes the theory, researching the classification of stakeholders from enterprise demand and enterprise strength two angle. This article has further studied the change of the classification of stakeholders when the enterprises demand and the enterprise strength changes. The writer has brought forward research frame first, and analyzed the influence of enterprise demand and enterprise strength to the importance and classification of stakeholders from theory aspect. Have brought forward three hypotheses based on theoretical analysis. The writer is also hope that scholars can make rational and operational manager method which is based on the stakeholder's benefit request.The innovation of this research lies in considering more enterprise own factors on the stakeholders' classification. The classification of stakeholders based on the two factors is much more useful, for one reason is that it has considered the demand of the enterprise development; for another reason is that it has considered the enterprise ability on satisfying the expectation and requirement .So this classification method is much more fit for the development requirement of enterprise.
