To research these issues will have the profound practical significance.This article has elaborated the concepts of economical globalization, the multinational corporation, the transnational management, morality as well as ethics; the characteristics of the transnational management and the moral standards; the multinational corporation is an inevitable trend of the economical globalization; the principles which the transnational management should follow, including not injuring principle, the fair principle, the social principle, the good faith principle, the principle of equality and mutual benefit. On the basis of this, the article has elaborated the issues which the multinational corporations (mainly refers to America's multinational corporations) violate the morality or ethics in the transnational management: At the first place, the multinational corporation does not carry on the moral management in the developing nations, excessively exploits the worker, plunders natural resource, seizes the high quota profits; At the second place, the multinational corporation carries on not reasonable competes in the developing nations, harms the benefits of the host country; In addition, The multinational corporation has the certain responsibility to the developing nations; At last, the multinational corporation encroaches upon the human rights. This article has analyzed the reasons which these issues has created, the objective and subjective reasons, Including market economy negative effects; economical development cause; political achievements actuation cause; the lack of the economic ethics as well as the moral flaws in the activities of seeking benefits. In view of these reasons, this article has proposed countermeasure and the conception to solve immoral management questions from international corporations. To control the immoral management from the multinational corporations, people should consider from the following three aspects: the system, the legal surveillance and the morals restrains.In criticized manner, this article has elaborated that the multinational corporation carries on immoral management, at the same time, this article has also objectively affirmed that the multinational corporation has brought the advanced technology to the host country, the advanced culture, the advanced managerial experience, that themultinational corporation has promoted the host country's economic development in the certain degree. This article has also proposed an ideal to delimit the multinational corporation to exploit, namely between correct discrimination multinational corporation's reasonable profit and illegal profit.
