Till mid-decade of 21st century, China economy becomes center of global economy after over 30 years’rapid development. Transnational corporations have been challenged hardly by China local corporations especially from cost and products develop speed perspectives. Many Transnational corporations started move back for industry 4.0 opportunity or move to South-East Asia, India for lower cost consideration, meanwhile, along with Chinese wealth accumulation, consumption power makes China market more and more attractive, supply chain maturity is another advantage to have many transnational corporations decide to stay in China market and start transformation to compete with China local strong competitors from cost and product development speed sides. At this special period positive employee relationship is very critical for corporation transformation success since talents will be meeting unpredicted career future inside and more attractive conditions from outside local corporations etc. How powerful transnational corporation’s employee relationship management system helps for transformation success is worth to study.As fortune hundred corporation, Honeywell International has long successful history in China and is under transformation which named BCC(Be Chinese Competitor),Honeywell BCC is secured to be successful by its very good employee management system PER. It is good to take this BCC transformation as example to study how to ensure transformation success by employee management system. It started from employee management theories study to summarize some key points for success, and then introduced Honeywell history, business structure, transformation drivers, transformation details, Honeywell operation system, human resource management system to be an environment of employee management system from Honeywell, lastly it introduced Honeywell PER system process steps with many details and also including how PER positioned as critical, PER ownership, investigation, focus group and actions for improvements. As conclusion, from all the analysis it showed Honeywell employee management system is very mature and strongly ensured Honeywell’s success, it is very much meaningful for other companies to take it for reference. Lastly potential improve opportunities for Honeywell positive employee relationship system were discussed.
