The Management Ethics Research Of Multinational Commercial Bribery In China

Development of economic globalization on China’s social economy had a significant impact. Transnational Corporations is the main driver of global economic integration,which promote China’s economic development. However they bring a lot of problems such as commercial bribery. Multinational commercial bribery extremely do serious harm to our country. They also damage the normal socialist economic order and undermine social morality, which corrode the government and limit economic development. The bribery phenomenon cause widespread concern from scholars who take in-depth study on the issue and propose valuable insights. We need to find the motivation and the root causes of multinational commercial bribery in China in order to put forward effective countermeasures to curb such behavior so that transnational corporations and China’s economic development in harmony parallel to create a win-win situation.This paper based on the theory of social responsibility, stakeholder theory, the theory of rent-seeking, ethical theory and managing ethical theory of multinational corporations in China’s commercial bribery which were collected and digging discussed specific causes of multinational corporations in China’s commercial bribery.Causes include the market economic system of our country is not perfect, legal origin,enterprise own moral construction and ideology in Chinese traditional culture, pointed out that supreme power consciousness and the utilitarianism is a multinational company in commercial bribery in China the deep level reason. And use corresponding the theory of multinational companies in China to explore the governance and strategy of commercial bribery. First to play the role of the government’s social management,establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations; secondly to the social public moral literacy and awareness of the supervision of the proposed new requirements;finally from the direction of the construction of management ethics of multinational companies to strengthen their own moral ethics. I hope that in the study of multinational company this misconduct, let more people inspired, brainstorming, and thus to prevent multinational companies in China’s commercial bribery contribute a meager strength.
