The Research On The Mode Of VE Project Operation

In the 21st century, the indeterminacy of competitive environment increases increasingly, enterprise management is facing much more changeful risk. Therefore, the virtual enterprise with agility and quick reaction capability becomes the best choice of the enterprise organization's developing. However, academe still hasn't given a systemic theories frame about virtual enterprise's operation and its encouragement research. Under this background, this text set up the operation mode of the virtual enterprise from the angle of project operation.On the foundation of analysis to the current competition environment, the author first put forward the virtual enterprise's project operation mode according to four dive factors. Then the author anatomized structure module of the project operation mode and researched various modules. Then the author mainly analyzed three key questions of the virtual enterprise project operation mode—the project management question, the team management question and the team encouragement question, discussed the whole design and operation process of virtual enterprise project operation mode. In the article, the author creative put forward the concept-virtual enterprise project team (VEPT).
