According to forecast, 40% enterprise in China use achievement management in 2005, but most of the enterprise falls into the erroneous zone in achievement managements, that is to say they think the achievement management is the achievement inspection or achievement inspection is the career planning of the staff.The article analysis present situation of the system, problem and developing tendency about enterprise's achievement management in our country, and propose basic mentality and frame model of constructing the system of enterprise achievement management, according to together development about staff and enterprise. Simultaneously, the theory of achievement management based on career planning is introduced and the article analysis the difference about it and traditional system of achievement management, elaborate the relations of it and enterprise culture, enterprise strategy, management plan, enterprise comprehensive budget and human resources management, determinate the key of system of achievement management based on career planning.Building of system of achievement management based on career planning include building of total model, choice and determination of goal, achievement counseling step, and melt the achievement feedback; achievement communication, and achievement drive into the process of the achievement management, and the article use the PPDF and EMP system in the achievement management to cause the achievement's human nature and information. The author of the article hope it plays the important pole to transformation of future achievement management to traditional achievement management in enterprises based on foundational model of achievement management based on career planning.
