Research Of Agriculture Technology Innovation In Gansu Province By Institutional Change Theory Approach

Though the agriculture of Gansu province have obtained huge achievement, but when compare to other provinces the way of its growth is backward, the overall level is lower. As we all known the agriculture is the base of economy, the development of agriculture affects the enhancement which the farmer income and the society's stability.The innovation of agricultural technology is the fountainhead and power of the development of agriculture , it is also the core of agricultural sustainable development. This paper firstly analysis the fact of backward of the Gansu agriculture growth, especially the lower level of its technology innovation; Then pay attention to the problem exit in the process of agricultural technology achievement's production, transformation and industrialization by the institutional change theory approach; Finally, we propose some policy implications to accelerate the innovation of agriculture technology of Gansu province.
