Our country is being in the key period of Industrialization. The Industrialization progress is so important to develop economy that it's essential to establish strategy aim of powerful industry for Gansu in the right situation and time. But the level of the whole Industry of Gansu is still low and its foundation is weak. So, the development of Gansu Industry must be made great strides in order to contract the margin to the East.Gansu is rich in mineral, energy and living creature resources, and it also has some comparison advantage in Petrochemical, Colorful metals and Metallurgy, etc. At the same time , there are some enterprises with certain scale, technique and development ability in Gansu. The problem is that how to make use of these factors to find a efficient way by which can turn the resource advantages into Industry and market advantages through concentrating the power, reasonable installs and valid planning to realize the overstep development. By luck, coming along with the period of brands, we get the viewpoint from the concept of regional brand on the base of Industry cluster of which the function becomes more and more important .This article says the efficient way we have found is putting forward the strategy of regional brand and growing the powerful regional brands.This article starts form the aim of the strategy of powerful industry of Gansu. On the base of comprehending the concept, characteristics and function mechanism of regional brand .Combining with the present situation, it has analyzed the necessity and possibility of the regional brand strategy. Then it has provided the "point line area" mode of the basic tactics to the strategy, and fixed the role of the related members for it .At the same time, it has also provided the methods of industry choice. In final, it has given the discussion about programming the enterprises' brands.
