With the reformation of Power Market carrying through, Electrovalence as the central matter has been the main target of it. Power Market, from the whole processing structure, can be divided into four parts, which are generation, transmission, distribution and vendition. In the different part, the shape of Electrovalence and its influence factors are distinct. Therefore, the paper researches in separately and proposes a series corresponding concretely solving methods to the primary question in every part, for instance, the price bidding problem in the generation side, the transmission tariff and loss allocation problem in the transmission side and the distribution problem in the demand side. The chief study work as follows:In the generation side, concerning the interest conflict among generators in the price bidding process within power pool market, the paper proposes model describing the bidding process based on Game Theory under complete information situation and incomplete information situation. Through emulational computation of IEEE-14 nodes system and unified-hidden-auction pattern, it finds out the generators's optimal strategies, namely Nash Equilibrium and Bayesian-Nash Equilibrium under the two different situations. Numerical example result shows that Game Theory can effectively account for the interest conflict among the generators in the bidding process after electric power marketization and have a good application future. In the transmission side, concerning the transmission tariff problem, the paper proposes a new approach for two system transmission price based on power flow tracing. At the aspect of capacity power price, it firstly improves on the annual fixed cost computation by introducing parameter-α, then using bidirectional allocation method based on complex power tracing, which can avoid the problem that ignoring the effects of reactive power by using the active and reactive power decoupled tracing method, to allocate the cost. Through simulation of 4 node system, the result shows that the new approach could availably reclaim the transmission cost completely within the term of payment and have good economic signals. At the aspect of loss allocation, different methods of loss allocation and their traits are analyzed and compares. The paper presents the method based on bidirectional trace using the real and imaginary current and proportions the loss of whole network to all participants, and attests that it could reflect the influence of the reactive power and circuitry using degree of every participant better through emulational calculation, so as to make it impartial for loss allocation. In the demand side, the paper put forward a series idiographic and available tactics in allusion to the characteristic of electricity price. Finally, the paper makes a prospect for the development of these researches.
