The feasibility of fungus pack waste in Jintang County is studied in this article. As a biomass fuel for power plant, its feasibility, from the views of resource supply, technology and finance, has been studied. It is trying to explain the centralized and industrial pollution treatment of the fungus pack waste by means of the effective demonstration of power generation by the combustion of edible fungus pack waste so as to achieve its reasonable utilization. The main idea of this article is to make a study upon the feasibility of the industrial chain of the power generation by the combustion of the whole edible fungus waste by the adoption of Pareto improvement, and to indicate there should be newly-emerged sources of interest in the overall plan by the introduction of the new technology i.e. power generation by biomass combustion; and there should be reasonable mechanism arrangement, so that the pollution treatment of fungus pack waste can be fulfilled in the most effective measures during and in each step of the treatment, and let the relevant parties share his own interest reasonably and accordingly. The article indicates the source and total amount of newly-emerged interest through the study and analysis on relevant policies, and gives solutions for the potential problems in this industrial chain. Meanwhile, the technical feasibility of power generation by the combustion of edible fungus pack waste shall be approved by analyzing cases both at home and abroad and some relevant test reports, and the author has put forward his own opinions about the selection of boiler type which is a key sector of the above problems. The financial feasibility of power generation by the combustion of edible fungus pack waste shall be approved by financial evaluation for the construction of 6MW biomass power plant in Jintang County in the future, and the comprehensive economic and social benefits to be achieved shall be analyzed. So, from the views of resource supply, technology and economy, this project is proved practical. Moreover, this project can also generate such social and economical effects as increases of farmers' income, local government's taxation and finance, edible fungus-grow potential, work posts, and setting it as a pilot project for renovating those to-be-closed thermal power stations in small capacities so as to reduce waste of social resources.
