As the global energy crisis and environmental problems have become more prominent, the development and utilization of new energe have been given high priority. China's biomass power industry is at an early stage, and there is a gap in the research on the risk of power generation projects using direct combustion of agriculture waste. This paper, from the angle of quantitative analysis, has done some work on risk classification and grade qulification of power generation projects using direct combustion of agriculture waste. Specifically, this paper introduced the classification of biomass energe, technology of biomass power generation, related laws about this industry and the current situation of it.In addition, this paper has done a summary about the character of risk.A model using quantitative analysis method to evaluate the risk has been established, and a real case has been illustrated to vertificate its effectiveness and practicability.
