The Study On Cooperative Operation Scheduling In Manufacturing Chain

Manufacturing Chain is an important branch of the supply chain, it can fill the theoretical deficiency of supply chain management to study the enterprise cooperative operation planning and scheduling method problem under manufacturing chain environment, and perfect its theory and method system, and improve the manufacturing management level of our country manufacturing enterprise, as a result, it has certain theory and practical significance.The thesis has brought forward the concept of the manufacturing chain according to the cooperative operation assignment of the every node enterprise in operation process under the manufacture chain environment. And priority studies cooperative operation scheduling problem during upstream and downstream node enterprises on the manufacturing chain, and has produced cooperative operation scheduling method based on the decompose-cooperation, and have given the task assignment algorithm based on produce ability and the prototype system realization of the manufacturing chain enterprise cooperative operation scheduling; The simulation was carried out based according to classic manufacturing chain cooperative operation scheduling problem including order form task scheduling and create process administration etc.Firstly, the thesis research background is discussed in this paper, the concept and current study situation both of manufacturing chain cooperative operation and operation planning and scheduling are summarized.Secondly, study aims at manufacturing chain cooperative scheduling method. Take motor industry as example first showing the fundamentality of manufacturing chain in supply chain and give out the manufacturing chain concept, the paper has analyzed the characteristic of manufacturing chain cooperative scheduling problem, and then it has suggested a cooperative scheduling method base on decompose- cooperation mode.Thirdly, the paper has given the control hierarchy of manufacturing chain cooperative scheduling system which composed of a cooperative centre and several node enterprises, and also giving function models, run mechanism and strategy of the cooperative centre and node enterprises. Decompose-cooperation arithmetic is designed base on the produce ability, and the example having been in analyse. A cooperative scheduling model is founded, and an optimal cooperation planning algorithm is designed base on the Lagrange Relaxation.Finally, a manufacturing chain cooperative operation scheduling prototype system based on J2EE is developed. Several system development key question are studied in it, there are system aim design, function demand analyze, database logic design, function module analyze and so on. And the simulate experiment studying is in progress.
