Fashion is a normal popular phenomenon, which happens abnormally, simultaneously bearing culture, lifestyle, consumption, changes, and other intrinsic meaning beside material form, reflecting the progress of our society and history metabolism in all aspects of society. Under the fashion driving, the production and marketing of merchandise present the diversification and differences, and accelerate the diversity and individual of the consumption. People's desire, chase and enthusiasm for the fashion will be achieved by purchasing fashionable merchandise. The forecasting and determination of the fashion commodity's price are the important means of the social resources and welfare allocation and the important part of the fashion marketing industry as well as the most crucial factor in the pursuit of profit growth. Therefore the study of the price forecasting and pricing strategies of fashion commodity is of great significance.As fashion merchandise has some characters of being of personality, popular, unique, novel, short, individuals extravagant and other special attributes, its market demand is vulnerable to politics, economy, culture, knowledge, environment and a variety of factors, and the law of demand is difficult to seek, which makes it difficult to confirm the law of the price, and the complex and uncertain price factors increase the difficulty of the pricing.In this paper the commodities' characteristics, price laws, market composing and its marketing are studied and analyzed, based on which the followed aspects are studied: Firstly the feasibility of fashion commodity price time series prediction is analyzed by using the method of Hurst, namely whether there are a certain correlation, further the time series can be predicted. Secondly the fractal characteristics of fashion commodity price time series are analyzed by using the method of power spectrum, which determines its single fractal characteristics, and then fractal statistical model of fashion commodity price time series is established, the example of comparative analysis showed the feasibility and validity of this model. Further the multi-fractal characteristics of fashion commodity price time series are analyzed, and the correlative multi-fractal spectrum is established, and the correlative features between the multi-fractal spectrum and the price change of special types fashion commodity prices time series are studied. Finally the analysis of the fashionable value, the value-oriented pricing strategy is studied; the pricing method is put forward based on the price forecasting; and the pricing model of fashion commodity is established based on the fractal distribution demand, and the simulation shows that the proposed method is feasible and effective. From qualitative and quantitative aspects, fractal is used to determine the price and price forecasts, which provides the theoretical support and methods, implementing a useful exploration for extending the research and method of the fashion commodity pricing.
