Research On Construction Of Enterprise Credit Management System

The market economy is the credit economy, and credit is the foundation and soul of market economy. Credit management in overseas already has a large development and the credit economy has been mature. The frail credit system has hindered the health stable development of China's economy, and the lower level of enterprise credit management weakens the enterprise's market competitiveness. Thirdly, through the quantitative and qualitative analysis method, it has proposed that the professional credit management department should be the implementation organization in enterprise credit management frame, and makes the reasonable effective credit management policy and uses advanced method and technology to guarantee the implementation of credit management smoothly. Fourthly, it has put forward the importance of constructing the outside enterprise credit management system, especially the government playing important role in the course of the management of enterprise credit. It can combine all kinds of special elements related to enterprise credit and creates a good external environment for enterprise. Fifthly, case investigation is adopted, and a certain car enterprise is illustrated. The research result of this article is verified by quantitative analysis.Through exploring the present situation of our country enterprise credit and enterprise credit management, the paper comparatively analyzes the model of enterprise credit management, then proposes enterprise credit management system with "market is the foundation, government is the leadership, enterprise is the key", which the purpose of promoting to construct the enterprise credit system and advancing the development of our market economy. This paper carries out the correlation research and the discussion on the enterprise credit management to discover a way of perfecting enterprise credit management, to shorten the development process of enterprise credit management, to provide the beneficial references for improving the level of enterprise credit management and market competition of enterprise.
