The Social Credit System Construction Research Perspective Of Enterprise Credit Management Problem

As the product of economic development, the credit , treated as the most valuable invisible treasure, as well the soul of an enterprise.However, in this day and age, the national credit hasn't been established,simultaneously the enterprise credit management has not been valued adequately either, the enterprise internal credit management has not been implemented as well, meanwhile having triggered the enterprise break faith problems prevailed, moreover having shaped the main causes for restricting enterprises survival and development and hindering marketing's healthy development.This thesis studies on internal credit management system of Z Company, focusing on discussing the content problems suggestions of the system. As well it demonstrated the enterprise credit management theory,to figure out the essence of building up enterprise credit management and the necessity of perfecting China's social credit management institution by analyzing China's social credit management development tendency and mixing the practical business requirements of Z Company. In terms of to make the running management practice of the enterprise more exercisable by constructing a main performer guided by enterprise credit management mode. At the end of the day, this article demonstrates cooperative management theory that is to provide guide and assistance for the enterprise credit system construction from government, enterprise,guild levels , what's more is to promote the social credit construction deeply.After studying, drew a conclusion: To transfer the out-date situation of enterprise credit management basically and perfect enterprise credit system depends on establishing independent credit management agency ;Simultaneously to construct a rigid credit management institution, as well to generate unified credit information data base, establish standardized credit evaluation institution, moreover to set up an authorized credit supervision institution and to consolidate the social credit moral construction. This article is supposed to unite with theory and practice, to implement the qualitative analyzed methods combined with cooperation governance theory comprehensively on the base of full understanding of data, this methods, which amplifies persuade and credit of this article,shapes the conclusion more scientific and comprehensive.
