| It's very useful to invest in hi-tech project, which can not only bring enterprises considerable profit, but also promote development of economy. There is huge risk in hi-tech project, in order to reduce investment risk and increase profitability, project evaluation before investment is necessary. This dissertation establishes index systems for R&D project and production project, collect samples of R&D projects, then uses structural equation model to optimize evaluation index system. It tries to provide a tool for decision-making.There are four kinds of investment evaluation methods: traditional evaluation method, risk analysis technology, option evaluation method and comprehensive index evaluation method . This dissertation estimates the advantage and disadvantage of the four kinds of evaluation methods, describes application situation of investment evaluation methods in our country, and analyzes characters of hi-tech project. It discloses that the dilemma on investment evaluation of hi-tech project: traditional investment evaluation theory is unfit for estimate hi-tech project, and advanced investment evaluation theory faces huge baffle during application. So this dissertation establishes evaluation index systems for R&D project and production project. And using structural equation model optimizes R&D hi-tech project evaluation index systems. Lastly, using the i-MEDICA project to validate the evaluation systems. |
