At the national Science and Technology Congress, in2006, China put forward to build an innovative country in the next15years. SME as an important engine to rapidly promote the development of economy, only through continuous innovation to obtain financial support, at the same time to obtain sci-tech financial support also has been one of the most important factors to create the core competitiveness of enterprises. In2010Jiangxi proposed to further raise investment in sci-tech, to speed up the construction of industrial parks and to promote the rapid economic development.Firstly, based on SEM perspective, this thesis obtains the index data through investigation to research the factors which affect SME’s financial behavior. Secondly, based on the analysis of the theory of mechanism for the coordinated development of industrial park and sci-tech finance in Jiangxi, this thesis selects the index data of industrial park and sci-tech finance in Jiangxi from2006to2010. Besides, this thesis makes an evaluation analysis of industrial park and sci-tech finance, applying with a comprehensive evaluating method combined entropy weight with grey correlation degree. Finally, this thesis establishes relative development degree to research harmonious situation of industrial park and sci-tech finance. The results follow: corporate financial indicators are the most important; the government policy weaker, bank system the weakest. From the aspect of development of industrial park, Nanchang, as the high-tech industrial base, is in the leading position, Ji’an the second, Jingdezhen the weakest. From the view of sci-tech finance, Nanchang, as a pilot city, is always far ahead, Xinyu next, Ji’an the weakest. Based on relative development model, we conclude that Nanchang belongs to the type with good-harmonious development and synchronous between industrial park and sci-tech finance. Xinyu belongs to the type with medium-harmonious development and synchronous between industrial park and sci-tech finance. Ganzhou, Pingxiang, Jingdezhen and Fuzhou belong to the type with primary-harmonious development and synchronous between industrial park and sci-tech finance. Shangrao, Jiujiang, Yingtan, Ji’an, Yichun, belong to type with primary-harmonious situation but lagging-back sci-tech finance. Based on the study, it reveals that sci-tech finance is important to steady development of economy. Therefore, we should continue to promote development of sci-tech finance and establish sci-tech financial system, in order to promote development of economy in Jiangxi rapidly.
