Small and medium-sized company has played an important role in the development of the country. As the connection with the world is much closer than ever, the companys will face the challenge and opportunity simultaneously. The shortcomings are their life are short, and they cannot stand the possible risk. The sticking point for enhancing their viability or even inspiring more creative enthusiasm is that sustaining and low-cost capital is ensured.Now, the banks are facing that the interest reduce between deposit and loan ,and the competition. The demand of capital of the small and medium-sized private company will develop the credit operation of bank industry. The problem which the small and medium-sized private company has in the bank credit service is mainly focus on credit insufficiency, the mortgage insufficiency and so on. That makes the bank prefer to provide large-scale enterprise with credit service. However, the large-scale company has better negotiation ability and has its own accounts apartment, so they can redistribute its recourse to satisfy the need of subsidiary company. Hence, the market of large-scale enterprise will be getting smaller. It is an important subject for bank industry to finger out how to satisfy the demand of the private companies under the above situation. The key is how to enhance the market share in credit service for small and medium-sized private company.On the method of research, theoretic analysis and actual application were combined by this paper. The analysis started from the development of private company this years and the importance of bank expanding credit business from private company and combined practical status of private-company credit business in Huadu District.On the contents, this paper studied the ways which can improve marketing efficiency for small and medium-sized private company credit business. The characteristic of the companys for growth credit business in company were analyzed at first; then credit marketing strategies which accorded Huadu District's material condition were researched on the basis of local instance; at last, measures to boosting marketing efficiency were put forward and effect of extending company credit business was achieved consequently.
