| China has made great achievement in road construction since entering 21 century with a noticeable increase in total road mileage and road grade. Guangdong province in particular ,has ranked second place nationally in total road mileage ,which means it has reached a new climax in road construction .But practices have showed that the road technical conditions ,operation quality and service level are strengthened ,improved and raised by scientific maintenance and regulated management means .Road maintenance not only affects the technical conditions of road ,operation quality and service level ,but also have an effect on road transportation work and even the rapid ,healthy and sustainable development of national economy as a whole.This article studies the development of national and provincial road maintenance management of Guangdong province ,it is divided into 5 chapters .Chapter one is introduction ,describing the background of project study ,researching conditions at home and abroad and the purpose and contents of the article .Chapter two analyzes the current maintenance conditions of national and provincial road of Guangdong province .Chapter three make an analysis on existing problems in development of national and provincial road maintenance management .Chapter four predicts the demand for maintenance investment of national and provincial road by looking at the tendency of road transportation development of Guangdong province .Chapter five investigates the ways of filling fund gap of road maintenance investment ,studies and tactics of national and provincial road maintenance development by raising corresponding measures in reform in management system ,fee-charging mode ,multi-channel financing ,maintenance technology development and marketization development. |
