Nowadays the female is playing an important role in social scene. In particular female leaders show their talents in leadership activities and have made remarkable achievements, but also show their unique style and charisma. In our country, whether in government, business or other organization, female leaders ranks are growing and status is also rising. Of course, there are still many problems in female leaders'development, though we have made rapid progress.Since this article take our country female leaders as the object of study, the union reform and open policy practices the question which in the development appears, with the Marxism about feminine basic concept, adopts methods and so on method which and comparison analytic method the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unify, the system research has analyzed the female leaders the present situation which developed in China, discovered its development existence the question, the analysis restricts its development the reason. Profits from and the study overseas advanced experience and the mature theory, simultaneously unifies the new situation which the Chinese female leaders develop appear, mainly from the optimized public opinion environment, the perfect system policy, the science master plan, establishes the training institutional framework, improves aspects and so on female leaders own quality to propose that promotes its development countermeasure to suggest, thus promotes our country female leaders to optimize the disposition, to use and to raise the efficiency which effectively the female leaders raises selects, realizes the sex political equality, thus constructs a both sexes harmonious social politics atmosphere.
