A Study On Resident Product Technology Innovation In Guangzhou

Residence is the physical and organizational space environment which satisfies people's demand of living and residing. The function of residence mainly expresses "applicable , safe , economical , beautiful". Resident request becomes higher with the increasing of people's living level. The exaltation of science technique level also makes it possible to realize the request. However, the quality of residence product in Guangzhou isn't high at present and its whole technique level is far away with the developed country. This thesis has significant meaning in studying systematically on the innovation of resident product in Guangzhou.This thesis uses the method combining with theory and reality, which studies systematically on the innovation of resident product in Guangzhou with related theories. There are seven parts in this thesis.Part 1 mainly researches on the background, meaning and purpose of the research on technique innovation of residence product in Guangzhou and the present research situations of both domestic and abroad.Part 2 researches mainly on the basic theories of residence technique innovation. This chapter mainly discusses the concept and content of residence technique innovation, categorizes the technique of residence product, sets up the technique system of residence product, and analyzes the function of technique innovation of residence product.Part 3 researches on the development and situation of the residence technique innovation of Guangzhou and summarizes the existent problems in the innovation process of residence technique of Guangzhou.Part 4 mainly researches on the existent problems in inner motive of decision-making, operation and spreading in the implementing process of residence technique innovation of the producing enterprise of Guangzhou.Part 5 briefly introduces the evaluation method of technique innovation of enterprise, setting up the evaluation system of technique innovation of residence product of Guangzhou. Then using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method evaluates the goodness and badness of the technique innovative ability of two residence producing enterprises, finding out the shortages and promoting the technique innovation.Part 6 combines with the above analyzing of the problems of residence technique innovation of Guangzhou, putting forward the tendency and the strategies in the process of residence technique innovation in Guangzhou.Part 7 is the conclusion. It points out the creativeness of the thesis and the further research direction.
