The Mechanism Of Radical Entrepreneurship Affecting Product Innovation

Product innovation is the source of vitality for modern enterprises and an important way for enterprises to compete in the market.In the era of knowledge economy in twenty-first Century,if an enterprise wants to survive and develop better,it must make effective product innovation.Therefore,how to rationally and efficiently carry out product innovation activities and achieve good innovation performance is a major theoretical and practical topic that many enterprise managers and university research product innovation scholars pay attention to.In the process of enterprise operation,entrepreneurs do not directly participate in product raw materials,equipment and technology innovation,more is the conduct and management behavior as a guide,the innovator of product innovation,the motivator,and the executor of specific goals,and the enterpriser spirit affects the product imperceptibly.Innovation,improve the success rate of product innovation,so as to ensure that enterprises can develop more comprehensively.This paper studies the impact mechanism of radical entrepreneurship on product innovation.First of all,the concept of radical entrepreneur is defined,and the definition of radical entrepreneur is defined,and four dimensions of radical entrepreneur are put forward.Then it puts forward the influence path of radical entrepreneurship on product innovation.Thirdly,it introduces the contingency effect of technological uncertainty on radical entrepreneurial spirit affecting technological management and technological capability synergy.The results of product innovation of different types of entrepreneurial spirit are different,so the hypothesis of the impact of radical entrepreneurial spirit on product innovation is put forward here.In order to prove the hypothesis,a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed in the form of questionnaires,and 127 were recovered.SPSS is used to analyze data,test hypotheses and discuss the results.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the spirit of the radical enterprise,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technical management and technical ability,and the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the uncertainty of the technology.
