Research On Technological Innovation Of Yuan Da Enterprise Group Based On Product Life Cycle

Technological innovation is equipped with the dynamic feature of changing over time and is closely connected with the product life cycle.In this highly competitive world,products update continually and client requirements change constantly.To succeed in fierce market competition,enterprises must take necessary technological innovation strategies in terms of the traits of product life cycle.The thesis adopts the method of case analysis as well as the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.First of all,product life cycle,relevant theories about technological innovation and the characteristics in each period of the above cycle are discussed.Secondly,this thesis defines three kinds of ideal models of improved,newly developed and hybrid technological innovation based on related theories,research and specific cases,which is useful for enterprises to prolong the product life cycle and carry out effective activities of technological innovation.As the leading private enterprise in Shenyang and even in Northeast China,YuanDa Enterprise has gained remarkable achievements in technological innovation.Through comprehensively analyzing the business performance data of YuanDa Enterprise in recent years and putting emphasis on the market response and technological innovation process of such products as curtain walls,elevators and traction machines,this thesis elaborates what stages the main products are at in the product life cycle,verifies the validity of technological innovation models based on the product life cycle,as well as summarizes the advantages of technological innovation for YuanDa Enterprise.At the same time,given the current slowdown of enterprises' economy recently and through the contrast with the ideal technological model in particular,a series of problems existing among enterprises,such as less creativity,lack of original innovation,are discovered.This thesis puts forward reasonable and practical suggestions and solutions in accordance with enterprises' problems of technological innovation for the purpose of offering some enlightenment to the technological innovation and long-term development of other enterprises in China.
