The labor migration is one of the important reasons for regional disparity, which also accelerates the migration between different regions. Generally speaking, the labor migration leads to economical growth for the labor in-flow area and benefits the increase of the regional welfare. On the contrary, the migration does not contribute a lot to the economical growth, even more, reduces the general welfare for the out-flow area, when it does not consider the effect of income return. Meanwhile, at the point of experience and theory, the labor migration will also diminish the income disparity between different regions, and contribute to the conditional convergence of regional economics. The labor migration between different regions is a remarkable character for current economical development and it coincides with the economical disparity. By using Theil index and Grey theory, this paper improves that the migration population is highly interrelated to local economics. , especially, the in-flow labor contributes more to it. By comparing the result of regression analysis, the article shows that the effect of in-flow labor depends on the character of region. The in-flow labor in east area contributes a lot the local economics, however, it blocks the economical development in the middle and west areas, which may relate to the quality disparity of migration labor. Meanwhile, the relationship between labor migration and local economical development is highly influenced by the macro economical policy. Comparing with the increasing degree of capital contribution, the labor impact has some weakened. It shows that although the labor migration has contributed to the local economical development in the long term, it do not greatly impact the economical disparity between different regions just as it did at the beginning of the Reform and Opening-up.
