Study On Regionalization Of Land Consolidation Project And Its Patterns In Chongqing

Main object of Land consolidation is that raise ratio of land utilization and improve condition of rural production and living level and eclogical environment. Land consolidation plays an important role in whole homeostasis of cultivated land, optimization of land resource collocation , relieving the conflict between human and land and elevation of rural production and living level. Land consolidation in Chongqing province has been in sweeping seedtime. Its building projects, however, always adopt fixed pattern and run short of design which is adjusted to local conditions. All these affect the result they would have. Therefore it's important for continuance development of land consolidation in Chongqing to plot out different types of land consolidation projects and bring forward project patterns of varied styles of land consolidation.Investigate on the spot and data collection and contrast to representative project design are adopted in this paper, by studying on regionalization of Land Consolidation Project and Its Pattern in Chongqing. The main results are as follows:1. Analysis on affecting factors of land consolidation project in ChongqingIt have obvious difference that Physiognomy, climate,soil condition, hydro-geology , geology calamity and social economic condition, these factor have effect on main problem of agriculture and eclogical environment building, Physiognomy is the most important factor. It is must be considered that natural law and social economic condition to design land consolidation project and adjust measures to local conditions.2. Plot out different region of land consolidation projectAccording to Physiognomy characteristic, climate diversity, soil distribution and social economy condition etc, Physiognomy characteristic as dominant factor, and combining dividing works before and typical land consolidation project have been done, Then we can plot out the land consolidation projects into two primary area which is composed of three secondary area:Ⅰhilly and low mountain region of project type in western Chongqing Ⅰ₁ gently hilly and flatland region of project type in western ChongqingⅠ₂ moderate and high hill and low mountain region of project type in western ChongqingⅠ₃ low mountain and Karst valley region of project type in western ChongqingⅡlow mountain region of project type in eastern ChongqingⅡ₁ valley and flatland region of project type in eastern ChongqingⅡ₂ moderate and low mountain region of project type in eastern ChongqingⅡ₃ moderate and low mountain and karst and slope land region of project type in eastern Chongqing3. Project patterns of region of secondary project typeBased on plenty of information about nature resource and social economy condition of region of project type, we combine the method of data analysis with that of typical project case analysis to define the problems we have to face in land consolidation of type of secondary region. To solve the problems we put forward the main content, distribution and design of land consolidation project of secondary land from aspects of land unknitting project, cropland and irrigation works project, farm road project and other project.Paddy field is main cultivated land in hilly and low mountain region,It is emphasis in land consolidation prject that raise capacity of paddy field, at the same time, merger bits and pieces of field to raise coefficient of cultivated land and add area of; The fist problem is dryland area proportion too large and, therefore, cultivated land degenerate persistently, the second problem is insufficiency on land use. In this region,land smooth project is emphasis in land consolidation project, main project content is changing sloping field to terrace to keep water and soil, add establishment of farm irrigation works to product level of cultivated land, in addition, exploit unutilized land is another project focal point in this region;It is main barrier to agricultural development that bad quality of cultivated land, rocky desertification, severity in lose of water and soil, consequently,protect cultivated land and meliorate eco-environment is keystone in this region. Break out rock and create plantation and changing sloping field to terrace and move soil to imprve fertility condition in land smooth project. Besides,according to special environmental condition in karst to distribute and design other project.
