| In order to realize the sustainable development of resources and society,we need landconsolidation to change nature situation.Regarded as an important way to support farmlandquantity homeostasis and food security,as well as coordinated development of both urbanand rural areas,land consolidation has fresh meaning with the development of its intensionand epitaxy.Traditional consolidation cannot meet the demands for sustainabledevelopment of resources,which only focused on the improvement amount and quality ofcultivated,so,compared with amount and quality, we must take landscape ecologicalconstruction as equal.in the new land consolidation planning, its necessary to calculatepotential for quantity, quality and landscape ecology,as well as build evaluation indexsystem for regionalization,which can help landscape ecological construction.This article based on the situation of land resources,proceed from reality of thecomprehensive land management,based on farmland classification and the theory oflandscape ecology,on the basis of land remediation research at home and abroad, build acomprehensive land potential evaluation index system, estimates the score of theevaluation unit comprehensive land management potential and use GIS Platform and SPSSSoftware Divided into comprehensive land management partition, and for comprehensiveland management meso-and micro-scale put forword to targeted landscape ecologicalconstruction measures. According to the research methods, empirical research in ChangliCounty, Qinhuangdao and receive the following conclusion:(1)Based on land change survey and agricultural land classification, treatingproductivity as base and taking administrative village evaluation unit, we found upcalculation methods,including potential for amount and quality.so that, make remediationpotential contrast between evaluation unit more accurate and scientific.(2)Build comprehensive improvement of the land potential evaluation index systeminclude remediation potential indexã€landscape ecology index, land use index andremediation external index and through evaluation index system can quantitative calculatethe different evaluation unit comprehensive land remediation potential score.(3)As Qinhuangdao Changli County for example,to carry out an empirical study. Meso-scale should make agood landscape security planningã€ecological network construction and biodiversityconservation planning;during the engineering phase,microscopic scale should focus onlandscape ecological planning and design,make a good convergence with the original roadditches forest and enhance the landscape ecological service function of the restorationproject. Against the strategic objectives for the comprehensive improvement of theregional land, recently, the landscape ecological Construction mainly based onmicro-regulation works in Landscape Ecological Planning and Design,as for the forword,mainly based on macro landscape ecological planning and ecological networkconstruction.In summary, this paper based on the theory of production capacity and landscapeecology theory, calculatie comprehensive land potential in county level, build acomprehensive land zoning evaluation index system and study comprehensive land zoningin county level. This study provides a theoretical basis of comprehensive land planning andenriches the comprehensive land potential calculation methodology and provides guidancefor carring out Changli County comprehensive land management work. |
