Construction And Appraisal Of The Indicator System Of Sustainable Agriculture Development In Anqiu City

Based on the present situation of sustainable agricultural development studied by both abroad and at home, this paper elaborates the sustainable agricultural development connotation and characteristic. It analyses 9-years' agricultural development situation from five aspects including resources, environment, production, economy and society, in Anqiu city. Based on Anqiu's agricultural production situation, has constructed the agricultural production, the agricultural economy, the countryside society, the agricultural resources and the environment four sub-systems, 16 target agricultural sustainable development level appraisal target system, defines the target weight and index of sustainable development ability, the paper constructs the appraisal system to evaluate the level of the agricultural sustainable development. With the help of this method, the main constraints of sustainable agricultural development in Anqiu are as follows: the reduced planting area, getting worse planting area quality, insufficient agricultural facility systems, lower ability of resisting natural calamities, further optimization for the agricultural structure is needed, unstable agricultural scientific and technological ranks, high population with lower quality, conspicuous contradiction between people and resource, low agricultural product quality comparing with the world level, etc. The paper constructs a mode to Anqiu's agricultural sustainable development, according to suitable Anqiu's resource, agricultural development current situation and restriction factors. The key content is as follow: developing and putting the land in order, improving soil properties. Strengthening agricultural capital construction, setting up the security system of agricultural production technology.
