Study On Inventory Management In Appliance Maintenance Chain Enterprise

In supply chain, inventory management has broken the isolation model of the traditional inventory management. People began to study inventory policies from the perspective of the supply chain. In the service industry, inventory has also caused concern. For appliance maintenance enterprise, the most important thing in the world is to meet the premise service requirements of the customers, to reduce inventory quantity with might and main and to improve supply chain efficiency as a whole.In this article, our research object is Shantou H. Appliance Maintenance Chain Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as H company). In the information collection process, this paper integrates various ways to continuously explore effective data. After careful analysis, we select an appropriate model for empirical research. we use M/M/C queuing model to optimize service of the spare parts warehouse, to formulate appropriate quantity of the service desks, thereby we can raise the overall efficiency of the service desks in the spare parts warehouse, save more time to do precise control on spare parts inventory. In addition, concerning of the important position of H company spare parts warehouse in the supply chain, we give a detailed analysis on its operation and give a series of scientific method that help to improve inventory management. Through the integrated application of these methods, we can believe that the management performance of the Spare Parts Warehouse will be effectively improved.
