With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the equipment shows the characteristics of complication,high degree of automation,expensive,large loss of downtime.So,companies generally repair and re-use defective parts to save the cost of purchase.However,the external market competition and the internal loss of downtime both require enterprises should have a strong production responsiveness and operational continuity,which directly test the equipment operation and maintenance system.The system for equipment operation and maintenance based on repairable spare parts inventory is discussed.The proposed system is composed of a parts inventory subsystem,an equipment operation subsystem and an equipment assembly subsystem as parallel and series form.And the system belongs to a multi-level closed queuing network.The system is a kind of discrete event dynamic system.So it is difficult to be described with traditional mathematical analysis methods.The equipment operation and maintenance system based on irrepairable spare parts inventory and repairable spare parts inventory are both established with simulink software and the numerical experiments are given,the changing laws of internal factors are explored and the inventory costs are optimized.The spare parts inventory system is optimized and the multi-level spare parts inventory system is embedded in the spare parts inventory system on the basis of the equipment operation and maintenance system based on irrepairable spare parts inventory,which can guarantee the supply of spare parts and reduce the inventory cost.
