| Folk-custom travel is a type of new-style, high-level cultural travel, which takes a country's or an area's folk-custom cultural affairs or folk-custom activities as travel resources. It belongs to a social economic phenomenon with vivid nationality and local color that provides service for domestic and foreign tourist.As an indispensable part of folk-custom travel, wedding-custom travel attracts numerous visitors both at home and abroad due to its unique manifestation and distinct differences in different areas. It contributes a lot to the development of local travel economy.Located in northwest of China, Lan Zhou, whose wedding-custom is basically differs from that in north China, littoral and southward minority areas. Since the foundation of the Republic of China, there have been many changes in the politics, economy, culture and society under the effects of external and internal forces, which have great influences on the transformation of Lan Zhou's social customs and lead to some new trend in the aspect of wedding-custom changes. The thesis discussed the variances in the respects of wedding-custom, wedding-etiquette, wedding-diet and wedding-clothes. In the thesis, the peculiar wedding-custom in Lan Zhou is regarded as resources of folk-custom travel to be conformed, and the author put forward some open-up ideas, tentative plans which were presented in the form of travel resources. |
