Study On SCM Based On The Model Of Circular Economy

In the macroscopic condition of vigorously developing the recycling economy and the building saved society, the paper studies the significative problem how to manage supply chain in the model of recycling economy. At first, the paper summarizes the basic theory of the supply chain management and the circular economy, then using theory analysis and demonstration analysis, studies some problem of recycling economy–Supply Chain Management: design supply chain whole frame model; optimize action of supply chain enterprises; appraise economic and social benefit of recycling economy–Supply Chain Management and give some advices to push R-SCM. In the process of optimizing action of supply chain enterprises, the paper builds purchasing batch quantity model and transportation cost model by method of combining nature and quantity, but also discuss electing supply enterprises, the realization patterns and performance evaluation of cleaner production, and so on. At last, the paper analyses the supply chain in which the haier club is the core enterprise and its management model.
