All the people in the world are faced with the harmonious development of re-sources,population and environment at present,especially the problems of envi-ronment and resources.In resent years,with the rapid development of economy and technology,human beings overused the natural resources and produced more and more wastes,which led to the serious pollution and destruction of environment.As a result,environmental pollution and poor resources have become the two ma-jor obstacles which not only affect the survival and development of human beings but also cause serious threats to other lives on the earth.Considering the long-term sustainable development of our society,a large number of countries are paying more and more attention to waste recycling and re-manufacturing.And protecting environment and recycling resources are considered seriously as well.Thus,Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management is put forward based on the current situation.Due to its importance for environmental protection,consumers' interests,manu-facturers' benefits and retailers' profits,more and more attention is paid by lots of scholars,enterprises and government,especially our government who has enacted relevant laws and regulations on recycling of wastes-waste to treasure.At present,research on Closed-Loop Supply Chain has gained some fruits.Based on the circular economy theory,the principal-agent theory,the Stackelberg theory and the analysis of the environment,the author put forward the selection problem of the Closed-Loop Supply Chain recycling model and constructed 6 kinds of differential pricing models of closed-loop supply chain.Moreover,the author ex-plored the different recycling ways' influence on Closed-Loop Supply Chain.Final-ly,the optimal wholesale price,the optimal selling price,the optimal order quantity of each model and its systemic profits are determined respectively with distributed decision.And some useful conclusions on the selection of recycling channels are drawn.Last but not least,the author checked the correction of each model by using numerical examples.
