Study On Scie-tech Promoting The Building Of Harmonious Society In Shandong Province

There are reciprocities relationship between Scie-tech and Society Harmony. On the one hand, Science and Technology is provided with powerful substance, spirit, culture and politics function, which are underpinning for a Harmonious Society; On the other hand, the desire of building a Harmonions Society pushes the Science and Technology improvement and provides harmonious society environment. During the process of building Harmonions Society, the reciprocity relation between the two is of great significance theoretically and practically.Based on the systematic theory, this paper researches the mutual relations and operation mechanism between Scie- tech and the Harmonions Society, constructs the conceptual model of the two, establishes the evaluation index system of Scie-tech promoting the construciont of Harmonious Society. According to the index system, the thesis appraises the status quo of Scie-tech Promoting the Building of harmonious Society of the 17 cities in Shandong Province, selects the primary task of Scie-tech promoting the Building of Harmonious Society in Shandong Province.The research consistes of six major parts.In the first part, the paper mainly elaborates status quo, purpose and significance of the study.The second part analyzes the Harmonious Society from view of system theory, such as the essential characteristic, elements and hiberarchy etc., establishes the evaluation index system of Scie-tech Promotion the Building of Harmonious Society.The third part mainly expatiates the reciprocity effect mechanism of Scie-tech development and building Harmonious Society. Firstly, the setion analyses the reciprocity connection of factors in regional Harmonious Society system, namely the consequence,feedback mechnism of substance, energy, information flow, then construes the bidirectional relationship between Scie-tech and every element, puts forward the conceptual model of Scie-tech and building the Harmonious Society.The fourth part offers a practical study, a case of Shandong Province. On the first place, the situation of Scie-tech development is analysed in Shandong Province. Secondly, by means of IAHP(Improved Analysis of Hierarchy Process), makes the analysis of Scie-tech Promotion the Building Harmonious Society of 17 cities in Shandong Province, and gives the clustering analysis of the evaluation results, finds out the differences from city to city in Building the Harmonious Society in Shandong.The fifth part, based on the qualitative analysis and ration calculation, advances the leading task of Scie-tech Promotion the Building Harmonious Society in Shandong Province, puts forward the countermeasures accordingly.The last section is the conclusion and expection of the aiticle, pionts out the problems and focuses wanted further study in the field.
