The Science And Technology Policy-making Under The Views Of Harmonious Society In China

ABSTRACT:In the world today, science and technology increasingly permeate economic development, social progress and human life in all areas; many countries have developed consistent with national interests of science and technology policy, tech industries, except to take a favorable position in the future global competition. Founding six decades, China's science and technology policy from scratch, gradually forming a more perfect system of science; into the new century, facing the new situation of socialist construction, the party and the country put forward the idea of building a socialist harmonious society, which for China's science and technology policy of higher demand, so the research in the context of a harmonious society in the development mechanism in China's science and technology policy issues for building a harmonious society is of great significance and impact.Removal of the introduction and conclusion part of this paper is divided into four parts.
