Positive Analysis Of Multi-Layer Development In Western Area

The dissertation takes economic growth of eastern area as an example, and applies the theoretical research to combine with positive analysis,Qualitative analysis to combine with quantitative analysis,Dynamic analytical method of economy to test the hypothesis of multi-layer economic growth. Dealing with intrinsic powers and growth routes ,which are the basic goal and primary subject.The dissertation comprises five parts.The preface gives a general account of the purpose,logistic thoughtfulness,research method,technical route and framework of this dissertation.The second part includes the delineation of basic concepts, and summary and discussion on related theories. It mainly explains the related concepts, such as economic growth, multi-layer of economic growth, etc. It provides the theoretical background of economy growth, investment and economy growth, labor and economy growth. The purpose of this part is to necessarily prepare for study.ChapterⅢand chapterⅣare the Third part. This section mainly introduces theories and model's presupposition of layered economic growth. Up to this point, author analysis situation of economic growth and mainly influencing factors about economic growth. Applying factor analysis method, analyzes situation of all province's (city's) economy. The fourth part is positive analysis. Economic growth question have been studied form quantitative aspect. Author establishes mathematical model and mark off layers of eastern area's economic growth. It is the core section of this dissertation.ChapterⅥand chapterⅦare the fifth part. This section includes the conclusions of this research, related questions, countermeasures and advices. Basing on above points, it put forward some countermeasure and advice about promoting development of eastern area's economy. The research methods of this paper are those: the theoretic analysis is combined with positive analysis; the method that qualitative analysis is combined with quantitative analysis and dynamic analysis's method of economy.The research findings are also highlighted here.(1)Gradation is distinct of economic growth about eastern area's economic system. From analysis of all provinces'(city's) contribution rate of factors, it can mark off different layers in eastern area's development of economy. It marks off three layers: for those elasticity of investment is higher to labor as one layer; for those elasticity of labor is higher to investment as one layer; and for those elasticity of labor and investment are Equal to approximately as one layer.(2)Layered policy can further promote economic growth of eastern area. After study and compare between total economic growth model and layered model of all provinces, the last conclusion is that there is layers of eastern area's economic system. Layered policy can further promote economic growth.(3)Most of provinces (city) are in period of labor promoting economic growth. From analysis of elasticity of labor, elasticity of labor is higher to investment to economic growth. That is to say labor is key factor to economic growth.(4)From industrial structure analysis, second industry is mainly source of economic growth. From industrial and district aspect analysis of economic growth, Second industry is mainly source of economic growth. the conclusion is in conformity with reality.(5)According to factor analysis, claims show that there exist layers in economic status of all provinces (city). Analyze the economic situation of every province by cluster's method. There are three clusters. in order to realize the growth of economy, it can take same or similar policy's instrument to direct economic development for the same kind.
