The Study On Environment Of Foreign Investment In Jiangsu Province

After putting the Reform Policy into practice in 1970's, China has made quite a great improvement on investment environment. A great deal of foreign capital came into China. And in the same time, Jiangsu province, one of most developed province, attracting more and more foreign capital. But, in the China or Jiangsu province, foreign capital distributing is not equilibria. It is well known of foreign capital contributed to local economical development. So, if ameliorate the actuality of Suzhong district and Subei district economical develop not as well as Sunan region as soon as possible, we must systematize evaluate the Jiangsu province's investment environment.However, the theory, rule, method of investment environment evaluation is still immature. Nowadays, people usually evaluate the investment environment of country or district by marking some specified indexes and counting the weight means of all indexes. Two shortcomings of this method should be noticed. First, the weight of each index is decided by experts, instead of the character of data. Second, the method of marking is also decided by experts, instead of the variability of data. However, multivariable statistics provide us with a whole new way.In this thesis, I introduced the general situation of foreign capital came into Jiangsu province and regionally diversity. And then, I refer to a lot of literature, assimilated the research results of predecessors. So, I would try to make some improvement. I set up an index system on China and Jiangsu province investment environment evaluation, which would accord to it's constituent. First, using modern multivariable statistics to evaluate China investment environment, make sure the position of Jiangsu province in the China, and then account the 13 cities of Jiangsu province investment environment, using actual afflux foreign direct investment to check the result which we account. According to the result, I analyzed the all the cities, sum-up the experiences of Sunan district, gave the revelation to Suzhong and Subei district.
