Strategic Research On Industrial Cluster Of Anhui Province

since 1980's, the great significance to the economic development of the industrial cluster principles set up by the new economic theories has broadly been taking seriously by all walks of life both at home and abroad. on the grounds of summing up the latest development about international industrial agglomeration theories as well as the international and domestic success experience, the thesis is to research Anhui area how to cultivate and develop the industry agglomeration and how to form the region development the endogenic force and to promote the technologies, the economy and the society of Anhui region to sustain and develop harmoniously. Its goal is to research the economic problems of the non-developed areas depending upon the regional endogenic force development during the tides of globalization and to provide the policy suggestions on establishing the public policies of regional development for our province.On the basis of the introduction of the meanings and types of the industry agglomeration, this paper will discuss the general characteristics and successional variation processes of the industry agglomeration firstly, then the influence of industry agglomeration's action mechanism to the advantages of the regional competitive will be analyzed. Furthermore, it was verified that the Anhui manufacturing industry had got the remarkable phenomenon of space agglomeration, which based on computing and analyzing the macroscopic data of situations of Anhui manufacturing industry agglomeration. Finally, some advice about implementing Anhui industry agglomeration is provided through analyzing the related cases of the American Silicon Valley and the Zhejiang., as well as the implementing industry agglomeration's conditions of Anhui province it the implementing industry agglomeration of Anhui Province strategy policy proposals were put forward.According to the above, following suggestions are put forward: (1) Developing manufacture and forming agglomeration center that roots in the local region are important means and necessary choices to implement regional industrialization and urbanization for Anhui province;(2)Improving investment environment .enhancing the reform and opening policy ,taking on the manufacturing shift from the east consciously is the final suggestion in this thesis; (3)Vigorously develop the characteristic industry colony. (4) taking Hefei and the cities along the Changjiang river as the center is helpful to the pattern development of the southern and northern Anhui province in the aspect of region lay-outing. In addition, the management should focus on the main advanced industry.
