Analysis On The Upgrading Development Trend And Influencing Factors Of Yangtze River Delta’s Manufacture Industry From The Angel Of Industrial Agglomeration

It’s not an individual phenomenon in worldwide that Industrial agglomeration inspace forms a competitive advantage relative to the same industry，the Research ofagglomeration has attracted the interests of geographers，economists，entrepreneurs.Industrial agglomeration in China is in the rapid development in recent years after thetheories of modern industrial agglomeration， then industrial agglomeration iscrossing all the world as if as long as the agglomeration would be able to boost theeconomic development of the region. On the other hand, the upgrading of theindustrial structure is often linked with industrial agglomeration. Therefore,Agglomeration and industrial upgrading are two important aspects of the developmentof the economy today, it also has a very important role in the development of theChinese economy. In the research of China’s industrial agglomeration, there are morequalitative analysis about regional case, but fewer quantitative analysis on the overallcondition of industrial agglomeration about the Yangtze River Delta.In view of this，Ibuilds the theoretical foundation and research ideas, compares various of status quo ofindustrial agglomeration, compares the dynamic trend of industrial upgrading in thefuture and prove it. Using statistics and empirical data on the basis of the literaturereview of industrial agglomeration and industrial upgrading in recent years. In thefinal empirical model, three factors of constructing a theory are as the main factorsJoining other influencing factors of industrial agglomeration. Referring to theprevious model and according to the latest data, I conducted an empirical analysisconcluding that now the main factors of industrial agglomeration affecting threeprovinces and cities in the Yangtze River, and preliminary explaned the effect onindustrial upgrading of technology spillover, the local market effect andtransportation conditions. Finally, I summed up some conclusions and policyrecommendations of the manufacturing industry agglomeration and industrialupgrading in Yangtze River Delta basing on the earlier analysis of status quo andempirical results.
