With the continual growth of China's economy in recent years, the tourism industry and the real estate industry have become the tertiary industry with high added value and strong relation. For one thing, the traveling expends starts to transform from the sightseeing type to type of vacation at leisure; for another, the residential buildings development opportunity reduces and starts to transform into amenity type and leisure type. Under the market background, the grafting of the tourism industry and the real estate industry have produced the edge product---the tourist real estate, and it has become the heated topic in both tourism field and real estate field. But the lack of theory, fuzzy of policy and blindness of the related plan have brought the puzzle and confusion to the tourist and real estate.This paper begins from the defining the concept of tourist real estate, firstly getting the concept of tourist real estate through aiming to different understandings of divergent interest groups and multi-perspectives analysis to the tourist real estate. On the basis of the concept, the characteristic, the classification, the developmentpattern and so on are elaborated; the development bottleneck of the tourist real estate at present is analyzed from the layers of the policy, the development and the culture, and suggests the tourist real estate should be studied from on the perspective of the landscape. The second chapter is the theory part of this paper, and the interaction relation between tourist real estate and three aspects including the environment, the culture, the behavior are studied, and three strategies of tourist real estate development including ecology strategy, culture strategy and behavior strategy are derived. The third chapter suggests the framework of the tourist real estate plan from the angle of the overall designing idea, and elaborates the key elements of the tourist real estate from the facets of the methodology, procedure, plan content, landscape elements and such on. At last, the paper discusses the national Baohuashan Mountain national forest park project of Jiangsu Province which the author is participating in, and attempts to apply method brought forward by previous article to concrete practice.
